Hi John
Writing an article about e-commerce and I found a good quote from you. It is for a magazine in Sweden published by EpiServer.
Mind if I use it?
“I see four key lessons that every company can learn from Groupon’s winning approach,” says tech blogger John Sviokla. “They include: Make the interaction super simple, create a sense of urgency (On Groupon the offers expire by midnight), energize your customers to get other customers, and make it fun. For me Groupon is to couponing what iTunes is to music buying – clean, simple and exciting.”
Regards
Alex
