I suspect the actual GI (General Information) will be a roll up with slightly different corporate components. The possible synergies between PayPal and Skype should have been partially leveraged when they resided under the same roof? Facebook could do a tuck in with newer and cheaper entities with even more compelling value props. Or we could gleefully watch at Redmond kick and scream as they watch Mountain View build it... First, I have to confess that I'm a little bit afraid about this supermerge: Facebook, Skype and Paypal. A huge business like that can put the price they want to access data and interact with friends. In the other hand, if managed well, it's a great advantage to those community users. All in a same place! These is a great vision and business. Do you think those companies see thses advantage? Would they work together, gathering those positive points? Here is my opinion and doubts! But I really enjoy to read the post! With all this competition, I've never thought abou this huge posibility behind the merge of all those companies!
